Do you know a child that has learning challenges at school?

Lite 106.9 and Sylvan Learning Centers want to reward students who have overcome these challenges.

Here's how to recognize your Sylvan Shooting Star:

1. Write a paragraph explaining why you are nominating a child for Sylvan's Shooting Star of the Month Award.

2. Fax us the nomination at (502) 589-1377. Attention to the Lite 106.9 Sylvan Shooting Star of the Month Contest.

The monthly winner will receive a Lite 106.9 prize pack which includes kid-friendly prizes such as movie passes, DVDs and food certificates. *Prizes may vary. See official rules.
