walkin' in the fog!
Hey, I did walk 4 miles today at lunch....hated the foggy, gloomy day, but truly, the brisk walk is really helping my attitude! I'm excited to be working out again tomorrow morning with my personal trainer, Caroline, at LAC on Westport Road! AND PLEASE make plans to join me this Saturday, 1/23 at LAC for a FREE spinning class! No, I've never done spinning either, but I can't wait to try with YOU! Get there and sign up for the class at noon, and we'll be on the bikes at 1:00pm! :-) Can't wait to meet you Saturday!
